Content: I have been stayin up at the Russian yester since the 15th we have had very rainy weather Johnny + Party got in the 19th from Sikkinna. An report the trail very bad and creeks froze The Indian agent passed by Airplain On the 22-nd to Moberly Lake and Hudson Hope. and will be here to pay treaty on Monday 26th all the Indians are at the Russin waiting for him. the River is very high and still rising on ccount of the heavy rain, and the Roads are in very bad shape
