Content: I finished cutting hay at noon very hot weather the River still going down. The DA Thomas still on the Bar. Johny went up for the Mail. The Mikkelsons came down for a visit, Dr Green and his daughter. Arrived from Peace Rivr with his car, but it broke down close here and Johny took them to the old Post with team and they are going to H Hope by Boat
