Content: a fine clear day a few showers in the after noon I went up the hill with McDonald roads very bad after the rain the crops looks good 2 men left to day with 16 Horses for Fort Nelson for the HB Martin oil Co. I heard from the H B Manager that he had these 2 men sign a Contract that they had to deliver the Horses in 12 days time or get no pay for their trip B.S
