Frank Beaton and the Fort St. John Fur Trade

Content: Dunvegan W.T.L Dear Sir I just arieved here last evening with the mails. I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of Dec 20th + 24th January + 7th February which I just recieved here. I see by your letters 20th December that J. Kerr will not be sent to H. Hope. I may be able to find a man here if not I think I can get Taylor for another year Your instructions with regard to Burbanks notes Re furs I will be atended to. Land around Post I will have the boundary line cut out as per your instructions. I am glad to say that I have made a very sucessful trip dpwn here because I got 81 lynx + 4 Marten from a few of my indians who has been trapping on the River . Their is also a few white men hunting on the river and they have got quite a number of Lynx I will try and get buy them on my way back if possible. As I hear Albert Jake is on his way up here.
